Walking Groups and visiting Societies
Here are some things to remember to help the day go smoothly for everyone
- Arrive in plenty of time
- Carry a bottle of water
- Wear comfortable shoes
- Follow our Facebook page and keep up to date with the latest information
Floats
All floats must register to take part, please email uckfieldcarnival@gmail.com to show your interest and for more information.

Children’s Afternoon Procession
We ask those taking part to arrive from 12:45am and congregate at the far end of the car park, to allow everyone to enter the car park safely. The car park will be open and you will be able to drive in a park.
Parents are welcome and encouraged to walk with there children in the procession. Even better if you are in fancy dress too!
This year we start and finish from the Station Car Park, where the judging will take place.

The easiest way to help out and take part is to dress up in fancy dress and carry a collection bucket.
Collection buckets are available from the mini bus (outside Natwest) in the Town during the day and collection van in the evening at Grange Rd and Bell Lane.
